I've got something to ask... As you all (probably) know (it's kinda sad if you don't...), the Avatar TLA movie's coming out July 2nd (I'm fairly sure). I was wondering if anyone would want to form a group to go to the midnight showing in costume (my mom, brother, a friend, and I, possibly plus my aunt, uncle, and cousin(s) might already be going...).
Anyways, anything really going on? What's everyone up to? (other than celebrating the end of school, of course)

Okay, scratch that. Went to see the movie, it was AWFUL. If you haven't seen it yet, don't waste your money. They butchered the storyline, cut out almost everything important (and left in some extremely unimportant stuff), the dialouge was wooden,and editted out the character developmet in favor of poorly choreographed, obviously staged fight scenes. And the casting-! (all white characters for the Asian and Inuit mains and dark-skinned actors for the bad-guys; also, a good number of their actors had no -clue- what they were doing) (-end rant-)
In short, don't support the movie adaptation.

Live action movies adapted from animes always fail.
There are way too many Doctor Who and Naruto fanarts in our faves, and Doctor Who isn't even anime, so I threw a One Piece fanart in there.

Agreed on the Doctor Who problem, but Naruto is a legitimate anime so I think those should be allowed to stay.
